Weeks 2–5

Material selection
Two showroom sessions to choose cabinets, tile, counters and fixtures, all priced against your allowance.
Weeks 4–6

Construction
Permits, demolition and build, with your project manager on site daily and photo updates every week.
6–24 weeks by project

Final walkthrough & warranty
We walk every room with you, finish the punch list within 10 days, and hand over a 5-year warranty.
